Step 5: Apply for the product discount program

Please complete the form below to submit your application for our product discount program. If approved, your trial will be converted into an active account, and your 10 no-cost licenses will be set to auto-renew as long as your organization continues to meet our eligibility criteria.

Please note: To keep your discounted licenses, you are required to be actively using your org. Inactive accounts skew our metrics and prevent us from investing more in other nonprofits who might actually benefit from our product. If you are NOT READY to start actively implementing and using our product, please DO NOT complete the application at this time. If you need a little more time, you can ask for a trial extension by emailing crmdonation at salesforce.com.

Organization Information

Organization ID of the trial you want activated

To locate your Organization ID, please login to your trial, go to the User Menu (next to the Help and Training link at the top of your home page) and click Setup. Then scroll down the left side to Administration Setup > Company Profile > Company Information. You will find the Organization ID on the right side. It is a 15-digit number that looks like this: 00WB0000000axpJ
