
If my request is declined, will you provide a critique of what we could do better?
Given the volume of requests we receive, we are not able to provide responses to organizations whose requests have been declined.
Many worthwhile proposals are declined because they do not fall within the Foundation's current guidelines or priorities. Our inability to provide assistance does not reflect on the merits of proposals; rather, it exemplifies the limitations of our grant resources which make it necessary to establish priorities and guidelines for our programming areas.

How can I improve the utilization of my salesforce.com account to be considered an "active user" as defined in the grant eligibility section?
Here are some of the tips that you can use to move into an active user category:
Assigned Users: Make sure that you keep your users actively logging in to Salesforce. If you have a user that has left the organization unmark the “active” checkbox under administration setup --> Manage Users. The same thing applies for volunteers that only use a license once in a great while.
User Adoption: Your Salesforce account is only as good as your ability for your users to interact with the data inside. Here are some best practices on how to get your users to utilize salesforce to help them be better at their daily work.
Utilize Dashboards: Dashboards are a critical component to your nonprofit success. Dashboards allow for visibility into the processes you are managing within your salesforce account and can help your organization be more strategic and efficient.
